The sale and purchase agreement — about €150, registration in Hipoteka — about €100. These amounts are approximate and may change according to official tariffs. Residence administration is paid by residents — the amount is not yet defined.
Are installment plans available? ⌄
Yes, two plans from the developer. Plan 1: 50% upon signing, 20% after 6 months, 20% after 12 months, 10% at key handover. Plan 2: 20% upon signing, 20% after 6/12/18 months, 10% after 24 months and 10% at key handover. Full payment gives the lowest price per m² (from €1 000/m²).
